Joanne Justis

Joanne brings well over 20 years of experience in marketing communications / operations from many high tech companies in the profit and nonprofit sectors in Silicon Valley. She has a diversified background and expertise in project management, managing $1M budgets, running operations, vendor selection and management, contract negotiation, and event planning to name just a few.

Joanne is a consultant for individuals and world-wide businesses. She founded her company, Numbers R U, developed a custom, sophisticated Web/PC-based software program to produce accurate personal assessment tools, designed her website and product packaging, author of two published books and is a guest speaker at events and on radio on self-improvement and personal development. She is a logistics expert by trade and a gifted intuitive by birth.

Throughout her life, Joanne has always been a compassionate humanitarian who has been committed to helping others and making a difference in their life. She joins PAKT Foundation to serve in making a difference in the world and working with her long-time friend and colleague Fran Lantz.
