Scott Schwartz

Scott joined the Cozen O'Connor Law Firm in June 2002 as a member of the Intellectual Property Department. Prior to Cozen O'Connor, Scott served at Intel Corporation for over three years as a Senior Attorney responsible for implementing and managing global trademark enforcement and protection strategies.

Scott received his bachelor of arts degree from American University in 1988. In 1991, he received his law degree from the University of Buffalo School of Law. Scott is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Washington, D.C.

Scott is a member of the International Trademark Association and serves as the Subcommittee Chair of the New Regulations Subcommittee. He is also a member of the New York and Washington D.C. Bar Association.
